Job Description
System analysis, development, enhancement, error handling and support for SAP HR
Analysis and map the new HR business process with SAP
Train the cross functional SAP HR user about operation and maintaining all documentation
Cross functional activity with HR and Finance
Provide support to the HR department for report generate and others support on adhoc basis
Communicate user division to capture detail business requirements, analyze & perform feasibility study to validate the change request
Map the business requirements to prepare Functional/Technical specifications and implements the solution based on specification
Possess sufficient knowledge of the quality processes and adopted quality standards in projects
End User Training for SAP
User complaints/requests handling
Educational Qualification
B.Sc. in CSE/EEE from a reputed university.
Job Requirement
2-3 years job experience in SAP ERP as Functional/Technical Consultant
Experience in HR or HR ABAP will be preferred. Knowledge about HCM Processes, Employee TAX, ESS, etc
Strong team player with a positive and proactive approach Strong interpersonal and communication skill
A strong sense of integrity and commitment to good governance
Hard working and able to manage multitasking
Salary : Negotiable
