Architect
Job Description / Responsibility : Understand the requirement of the clients & prepare preliminary Architectural / Interior design of different projects under the guidelines of the team leader. Aware and update knowledge about the types & price of modern & classic interior décor items / materials / accessories. Prepare project proposals, make presentation and address different queries of clients in a very constructive and cost effective manner. Close monitoring & supervision at site and ensure that the on going project works are in progress smoothly, properly & timely as per approved specification & schedule. Guide the CAD Operators for completing the working drawing. Verify & ensure purchase and installation of quality materials as per approved specification required for the on going projects. Generate creative ideas and highlight decorative features of interior design to attract the valued clients. Maintain close liaison & co-ordination with Engineers / Estimators / Marketing team and other team members in the department for effective and efficient operational activities of the department. Prepare periodical reports on the progress & development of on going projects for the higher officials of the management. Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Educational Requirements : Bachelor of Architecture preferably from BUET
