Job Description:	Develop and design processes to meet up the customer requirements.  Ensure company’s daily requirements  Discover the most cost effective means for chemical process to be performed in the factory.  Design and manage factory level chemical processes.  Design, construction and maintenance of equipments that replicates laboratory chemical process.  Maintain the laboratory according to the set standard.  Design and apply appropriate measures to reduce environmental pollutions through the chemicals used. Maintenance of proper reporting relationship.
Educational Qualification:	Candidates must have completed at least B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry/Chemistry from any reputed Public/Private University.
Work Experienced:	3 yrs
Job Requirement:	Candidates should have an experience of at least 3-5 years in similar positions.  Candidates with sound academic and career background will be preferable.  Candidates must have a clear understanding of the proper reporting procedure to the management. Additional knowledge in using MS-Office application will be given priority.
