The candidate should be a Bangladeshi national.
The candidate should have introduction to computer literacy.
Job Description
The incumbent will have to manage shifts, assists Customer Service Executives in handling customer issues, do the quality monitoring, evaluation & feedback; manage back office operations and MIS etc. Salary and Designation will depend on experience and background of the candidates.
Educational Qualification
Master in any discipline having no third division/class in any of the examination.
Work Experience
At least 2 years experience in established Call Center.
Age
Maximum 35 years as on 29th September 2011
