Minimum five years of relevant experience in reputed Banks/Financial Institutions with minimum two years in a managerial position
Experience of working in a centralized process & real time on-line banking environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building & management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Good computer skill
Geographic mobility and flexibility.

Job Description
Ability to achieve branch targets and consumer banking revenue targets
Planning, directing and managing Branch Sales Team for acquiring new businesses
Organize Sales Promotions in co-operation with other Business Channels
Ensure cost minimization and maximization of Branch profitability
Ensure high quality customer services, business development and customer equity
Ensure effective process and control for preventing Money Laundering in line with regulatory requirements

Educational Qualification
