Job Description / Responsibility

• Bank Asia, a fast growing commercial bank in Bangladesh is looking for smart, energetic and hard working people for the position of Personal Secretary (PS) who will closely work with its senior level officials.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Meet and greet visitors at all levels
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, documents and presentations
• Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests
• Maintain schedules and calendars
• Organize and maintain diaries, take notes
• Arrange and confirm appointments
• Organize internal and external events
• Handle incoming email, fax, post and other material
• Liaison with internal and external contacts
• Set up and maintain office system including data management, filing etc.

Educational Requirements

Graduation/Masters with professional qualification in chartered secretariat

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 4 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements 

• Age below or equal to 32 year(s)
• Good presentation and organizational skills
• Good communication skills both in verbal and written
• Confidentiality
• Time management
• Knowledge in computer applications and operations
• Relevant work experience (2-4 years)
