Job Description / Responsibility

• Asiatic Laboratories Ltd. is a very fast growing and ISO 9001:2008 certified `A Category` pharmaceutical company. We are operating with a large number of field forces and we have our own distribution network throughout the country. Our WHO CGMP compliant state-of-the-art plant produces medicines in different types of dosage forms like tablet, capsule, liquid, dry powder, semi-solids and ophthalmic with strict quality control using the most sophisticated QC instrument as per global standard. We are searching for some enthusiastic and self-motivated professionals in the above position to meet our recent expansion plan.
• Maintain regular liaison with the key persons of the respective Sales Department to solve any operational problem of Distribution instantly.
• Develop different types of statistical statement for analytical information of sales to review the periodical sales achievement.
• Prepare monthly Delivery Schedule, Van Schedule and Man Schedule of the Depot to ensure smooth Distribution.
• Arrange special delivery as required by the Sales Department to meet the emergency need of the customers with much higher potentiality.
• Regular follow-up and monitor all the credit invoices and takes initiative to realize the same.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Store personnel to ensure smooth Distribution of the Depot.
• Monitor the stock of the Depot on regular basis.
• Monitor short dated products and take necessary steps to sale the same as soon as possible.
• Regular follow-ups the refusals to control the return rate.
• Give instant solution of any operational problems.
• Keeping all sales information of business and provide the same to the all concern on time.
• Issuing transfer notes to the Depot as per instruction of Head Office.
• Visit markets and give reports for farther expansion of business and service.
• Receive stock in the Depot.
• Receive orders and prepare invoices accordingly.
• Deliver stock from Depot warehouse.
• Receive sales cash and unsold stock from Sales Personnel.

Educational Requirements

BBA/B.Com (Honors in Accounting)/MBA/Masters in any subject (Science/Commerce Background) from a reputed public / private education organization.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 year(s) experience in Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Job Requirements

• Age below or equal to 35 year(s)
• 1 to 3 years experience as Depot in charge in a reputed national /Multinational organization preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Hands on experience in MS Office Pack (Specially MS Word, Excel).
