Rupali Bank Limited (RBL), a leading State-owned Commercial Bank (SCB) in Bangladesh is looking for a competent and experienced investment banker for appointment as Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of "Rupali Investment Limited", a subsidiary company of Rupali Bank Ltd. to conduct merchant banking operations. The appointment will be on contractual basis initially for two years which is renewable depending on satisfactory performance.

Age Limit: Maximum 60 years

Job Description:

Salary is negotiable depending on experience in related field and background of the selected candidate.

The candidate must be innovative, self-organized and result oriented.

Training on Capital Marketand Portfolio Management will be an additional qualification.

The criteria including age may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidates.

Candidates having sound knowledge in Computer Literacy & Securities Trading System, Proven track record for achieving results, growing business and excellent network and contacts will be preferred.

Educational Qualification:

MBA,CA, Masters in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing from any recognized university.
Applicants should have good academic records.

Work Experience:

a) Minimum 25 years banking experience in any large Commercial Bank or Financial Institution in Bangladesh with at least 08 years experience in Senior Management position as Managing Director/Deputy Managing Director/General Manager.
b) 05-10 years practical experience in Senior Management Level of Merchant Banking Operation, Portfolio Management, Issue Management and Underwriting will be treated as additional qualification.
