Job Description / Responsibility

• Required to check/process import/ export/ trade related jobs.
• Responsible to ensure pro-active and excellent service to the Trade customer within local, international and Group parameters
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting for all relevant government and HSBC Group entities
• Contribute in developing Trade business for the Bank to achieve financial targets and protect the Bank from financial and operational loss
• Develop a long standing /enduring relationship with client contacts based on service and relationship

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years banking experience in International Trade with sound knowledge on operating in an automated environment.
• Thorough understanding of local and international regulations governing Trade operations
• Familiarity with UCP/URC/URR etc. and local foreign exchange/import/ export policies required
• Thorough understanding of local and international regulations governing Trade operations
• Good team player. Self motivated and self-oriented; ability to drive initiatives independently
• Mobility, should be prepared to work in locations where HSBC has got its operation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent spoken and excellent writing skills in Bangla and English
• Strong computer knowledge especially in MS Office, Access, Power Point and Excel
